Before you write

• Bug reports: tell us your browser (Chrome, Safari…), your device (phone or desktop), and what you clicked before it broke. A screenshot helps enormously.
• Feature requests: describe the job you're trying to get done — we'll figure out the best way to build it.
• Lost invoices? BillsZilla stores everything in your own browser, so we can't recover documents from our side. If you cleared your browser data or switched devices, saved invoices won't carry over — that's the privacy trade-off.
